Approval of
making the DVD Forum into "Reduced Activity Mode" mode as of April 1st 2012 with minimum necessary conditions:
* To have simplified membership system and management necessary to maintain the    DVD Forum as an "open Forum"
* To have downscaled SC with three members, one member each from CE, IT and    Content Industry, and have the downscaled SC work with a third party for appropriate    DVD Forum operation and remain inactive until the downscaled SC thinks necessary to    be activated to respond to a policy question or other important issue
* To apply with necessary changes to Charter
* To apply with necessary changes to Term Sheet following a discussion with FLLC
